Dr. Abdalla Mansur is a distinguished mathematician and educator with a wealth of experience in academia and research. Since September 2023, he has been an Assistant Professor at the Libyan Center for Engineering Research and Information Technology in Bani Waleed, Libya. Previously, he served as a lecturer at the University of Bani Waleed and held assistant professor positions in the United Arab Emirates, including at Al Ain University and the Higher Colleges of Technology from 2016 to 2020.

Dr. Mansur has an extensive international teaching background, having worked at Laurentian University, St. Lawrence College, and the Royal Military College of Canada in Ontario, Canada. Additionally, he was an Assistant Professor at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University (IABFU) in Saudi Arabia, where he virtually taught the graduate-level course STAT512: Sampling Theory for one semester.

Throughout his career, Dr. Mansur has contributed significantly to the study of Dynamical Systems and Differential Equations, focusing on the N-body problem and the stability of periodic orbits in degenerate cases. His research has been published in numerous esteemed journals, and he actively participates in academic conferences worldwide. Beyond research, he has led educational workshops, including a LaTeX for Researchers workshop at the Libyan Center for Engineering Research and Information Technology in May 2024.

Dr. Mansur remains dedicated to advancing mathematical sciences and mentoring the next generation of researchers and scholars.
